Our range of batteries includes Deep Cycle SOLAR TUBULAR BATTERIES ranging from 20AH to 240AH for UPS and Solar. State of the art machineries and test equipments are installed to give the best quality batteries. We manufacture the latest heat sealed batteries using selenium lead alloy with high purity lead alloy. We use high pressure die cast machinery for grid casting and inter cell welding machines and automatic pasting machines.
Life Cycle
TEX Deep Cycle SOLAR TUBULAR BATTERIES has been designed for maximum life cycles. It has a life of 1200 cycles at 80% DOD.
High Pressure Die Casting
Gives maximum strength to the positive tubular grid which gives maximum life time.
Selenium Lead Alloy
This combination of alloy avoids heat in the battery plate grid. Thus avoiding water losses. This also enables low battery maintenance.

What is the life cycel of a battery?
The cycle life is the number of complete charge/discharge cycles that the battery is able to support before that its capacity falls under 80% of it’s original capacity. So if the battery is discharged to 60% and then charged to 80% it isn’t a complete cycle.
Depth of discharge(dod)
DOD is used to describe how deeply the battery is discharged. If we say a battery is 100% fully charged, it means the DOD of this battery is 0%, if we say the battery have delivered 30% of its energy, here are 70% reserved, we say the DOD of this battery is 30%.
How do you calculate solar battery capacity?
To calculate the energy you will use over time, just multiply the power consumption by the hours of intended use. The 20W TV in this example, on for 2 hours, will take 20*2 = 40 WH from the battery. Repeat this for all the appliances you wish to use, then add the results to establish total consumption like below.
